Getting there

The Maison Internationale is located in the south of Paris.

Using public transportation:

If you plan on coming using public transportation, the closest stops are:

  • Cité Universitaire stop on line RER B. RER B is the suburban train that connects Charles de Gaulle airport. As long as you stay inside Paris city, the RER network is accessible with a regular metro ticket and there are connections between the two networks in some stations.

  • Cité Universitaire on the tramway line T3. Be careful, in Paris commuting between metro, bus and tramway requires a new ticket.

  • Jourdan-Montsouris stop on Bus line 88. Be careful, in Paris commuting between metro, bus and tramway requires a new ticket.

  • Porte d'Orléans stop on the Metro line 4: a bit farther away from the conference venue than RER or tram stops.

From the airports:

  • From Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) Airport, the easiest route consists in taking RER B line (look for "Paris by train" or "RER" directions in the terminal) and to stop at the "Cité Universitaire" stop. It is direct and all trains should stop at the venue station.

  • From Charles de Gaulle airport (Roissy), a more touristic alternative is to take the RATP buses ("Cars RATP") that drop you at Opera, in the center of Paris. From there you can take the metro to reach the destination.

  • From Orly airport, take the "Orlybus" bus line in direction of Paris (final stop: Denfert Rochereau) and stop at the "Monstouris Tombe Issoire" stop.

By car:

-The venue is close to the Paris peripheral. Depending on the direction, you should exit at "Porte d'Orléans" (coming from west) or "Porte de Gentilly" (coming from east) exit.

-Parking " Charléty Coubertin" is close to the conference place. Rates are about 20€ per day (3 € per hour)
